Big Mod adds some really cool functionality mostly related to guild/faction members. It slightly reworks how some guild/faction privileges are gained and I personally think it's a huge improvement. Link: Unofficial, recommended additions: Gives the NPCs in Morrowind more things to talk about, gives them more unique personalities, and adds a bunch of quests to go along with it.
Careful with Master Index, there's an unofficial patch going around to fix a clunky interaction with Bloodmoon iirc. There are a total of 8 minor official additions. Patches the game content and official expansions to fix a shitload of bugs. It also allows you to select from a handful of tweaks and I wholly recommend applying them liberally. Patches the Morrowind executable to fix a number of engine bugs. Also has some functionality regarding keeping saved games intact when altering mod configurations. It can be very handy hunting down peculiarities and errors. Another mod managing tool, you should use it when activating/deactivating various mods. Automatically sets mod load orders to (hopefully) prevent conflicts. That said, I still use the patch project for its benefits because they outweigh the annoyances.RAW Paste Data = The gist of it is that the patch project alters things which it shouldn't be touching. ajira has ingredient heather, probably shouldn't, corrected. This seems like the author inserting their preference in place of the game creators. hasphat's suggested books can be found in the justice office secret library.hasphat's notes for caius changed to reflect the rarity of books suggested.crusader class favored attribute changed from agility to willpowerĬhanging a vanilla class' attribute is not cool. The whole point of Dram Bero is that he is hidden. Only says the two Hlaalu lords live there Olms 'someone in particular' topic says Crassius Curio lives there, changed so it It's just annoying that the patch alters things (which don't need to be altered) in a way that if I go to UESP and look up where to buy an item I can't because the patch "fixed" it.Įdit: Dug through the list of fixes and found some more examples There's other examples of things like this in the patch, but I can't think of them off the top of my head. An alchemist selling you one of the four flowers he wants you to collect isn't a bug. This is really annoying IMO because the patch should not touch the stock of merchants unless it is to fix an actual bug. Because of this, the patch decides to alter his items sold so that he doesn't sell you the one flower. Ajira happens to sell one of the flowers that he wants you to gather. In the Mage's Guild, there is a quest for Ajira to collect four flowers. I can only think of one specific example off the top of my head, but I can definitely tell you it subtly changes other things as well.
